You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Site for informational and partnership-inquiry purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site, our hardware specifications, or marine intelligence algorithms without our prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the security and integrity of our digital presence and edge services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through our contact or pilot inquiry forms.
• Attempt to inject malicious payloads, scripts (XSS), SQL queries, or exploit any endpoint on `/api/contact`.
• Use any robot, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access our telemetry models or database layouts.
• Attempt to disrupt, breach, or disable the website’s Host security policies, Content Security Headers, or DNS setups.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all informational telemetry, marine AI models, and specifications displayed are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Leviathan Systems, Inc. does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of viruses or secure vulnerabilities. In no event shall Leviathan Systems, Inc., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or any serverless routing endpoints.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court located in San Francisco County, California.
